Eg: potato chips, chocolate, nuts, prepared dishes, milk powder, etc. It can effectively keep the freshness, taste and hygienic quality of food.
In today's increasingly public focus on food safety, the safety and purity of every food is a solemn commitment to the health of consumers. However, the risk of foreign objects hidden behind the delicious taste, especially uninvited guests in aluminum film packaging products, is often difficult to detect, posing a huge challenge to food safety.
For foreign body detection of aluminum film or metal film packaging materials, the following methods can be considered:
X-ray detection: X-ray can penetrate the metal film, through the detection of X-ray absorption and scattering, you can find foreign bodies inside the packaging, such as metal fragments, glass slag and so on.
Metal detector: If the foreign object is metal, you can use a metal detector to detect it.
***Standard metal detector(Balance coil-electirc induction principle) can not be used for aluminum foil product.(Packaging materials can cause false detector alarms)
Magnetic induction metal detector as above for aluminum film product. while it has limitation which can only detect the magnetic metals: iron, cobalt, nickel, and their alloys.
Weight detection: Compare the weight of standard non-foreign body packaging materials. If there is a significant difference in the weight of the detected sample, there may be foreign bodies.
Visual inspection system: Using high-resolution cameras and image processing technology, the surface of packaging materials is photographed and analyzed. Can detect obvious foreign bodies, such as impurities, stains, scratches, etc.
Ultrasonic detection: Through the propagation and reflection characteristics of ultrasonic waves in the material, detect whether there are foreign bodies or structural defects inside.
Sampling destructive detection: a certain number of samples are taken for destructive disassembly and inspection to directly observe whether there are foreign bodies.
In practical applications, a variety of detection methods are usually combined to improve the accuracy and reliability of detection.
