Checkweigher communication function

Real-time weight and signal output, as well as external signal access

There are two main types of signal outputs from weighing machines: analog signals and digital signals.

Analog signal is the basic output mode of weighing machine. It is usually the analog voltage signal output by the load sensor. This signal represents the weight of the object being weighed. The characteristics of analog signal are low signal accuracy, large noise interference, and large influence of environmental changes such as temperature and power supply. Therefore, it is usually necessary to amplify and filter. Common analog signal output modes include 0~5V, 0~10V, 4~20mA, etc.

Digital signal is the digital output signal obtained after analog-to-digital conversion inside the weighing machine. This signal has high accuracy, good stability, strong anti-interference ability, and is less affected by the environment. The main output methods of digital signal are serial communication, CAN bus, USB, etc.

The weighing machine can receive the signal from the barcode scanner to switch the product category (formula)

The devices that can be connected to the weight signal output are:

Inkjet printers, instant printing and labeling machines, laser printers, cloud computing, and even mobile phones and computers.

Overweight signals and underweight signals can be output to packaging machines, filling machines, etc., including the function of setting predetermined values of continuous overweight signals and underweight signals.
