A dynamic online weighing machine is an automated device that can measure the weight of objects in real-time during their continuous movement, and complete data processing, sorting or monitoring. It is widely used in scenarios such as assembly line production and logistics sorting, and can complete weighing without requiring objects to be stationary.

How does it work?


Core Principle: Dynamic Force Measurement & Signal Processing
The assembly line starts, and the conveying system runs stably at the set speed;
The measured object enters the weighing area with the conveying system, and the weight of the object is transmitted to the weighing sensor through the conveying system;
The sensor converts the pressure into an electrical signal and transmits it to the data acquisition unit;
The acquisition unit amplifies, filters and converts the analog signal to digital signal, and the processing unit corrects the motion error through the dynamic compensation algorithm to obtain an accurate weight value;
The control system compares the measured value with the preset threshold:If it is within the threshold range, it is judged as a qualified product, and the object continues to flow with the assembly line;If it exceeds the threshold, it is judged as an unqualified product, triggering the action of the sorting mechanism to separate the object;
The weight data is simultaneously recorded in the storage module or uploaded to the production management system for quality traceability or statistical analysis.
